Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA (5 Days Onsite)
Job Description:
Key Task of client comm resources:
- Plan and coordinate stakeholder communications-define who needs what information, when, and through which channels.
- Translate technical changes into clear, business-friendly messaging about impacts, timelines, and benefits.
- Prepare end user communications such as guides, FAQs, readiness notices, and downtime alerts.
- Support leadership updates with executive summaries, status reports, and decision-driving messaging.
- Coordinate across technical and PMO teams to align communications with migration milestones and risks.
- Execute cutover/go live communications, including pre migration alerts, real-time updates, and post-migration guidance.
