SAP is a leading company in enterprise application software, looking for a Customer Success Partner to work with commercial clients in the Southeastern United States. The role focuses on developing high-trust relationships with clients and driving customer success through strategic consulting and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to uncover and help achieve their business goals
- Cultivate C-level relationships and bring data driven insights to life
- Develop high-trust relationships with clients, measured through growth, attrition, retention, and relationship health
- Work with SAP Concur’s internal teams and has central importance to ongoing success as a company
- Manage a portfolio of clients (approx. 40-60) with a high level of complexity, focus, and intensity
- Establish productive internal partnerships with designated cross functional team members
- Lead client strategy and success
- Navigate difficult customer situations and discuss sensitive issues with executives
- Apply risk-mitigation strategies in consulting on complex global transformation programs
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations
- Drive customer value realization, renewals, and expansions
