
Position Title: Sales Manager

Role Summary
The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing
product mix, and overseeing the strategic sales initiatives of our Swedesboro, NJ facility. You
will lead a multidisciplinary team—spanning sales and operations—to ensure maximum
profitability and superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
â Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual sales forecasts and long-term growth
initiatives to meet sales and EBITDA targets.
â Operational Oversight: Manage and integrate the sales and operations for efficient and
profitable results.
â Financial Performance: Utilize P&L insights and estimating expertise to determine
product profitability and optimize production capabilities.
â Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive factors to proactively
implement a strong sales and operations program.
â Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Provide ongoing coaching to improve professional skills and drive results.
â Account Management: Maintain executive-level relationships with major accounts,
particularly within the agricultural sector, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
â Administrative Integrity: Oversee credit controls, ensure compliance with company
policies, and manage departmental documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
â Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in the corrugated packaging industry.
â Sales Mastery: At least 10 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for
experience in the agriculture sector.
â Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
â Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
â Skills: * Strong financial acumen (discounts, margins, P&L, and volume calculations).
o Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
