The Business Development Representative role involves high-activity outbound sales, focusing on cold calls and pipeline generation to connect with law firm decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- 80+ calls per day with follow-up emails logged in HubSpot
- Convert outreach into qualified meetings with law firm decision-makers
- Generate pipeline that hits demo targets (minimum 14 completed shows per month)
- Partner with Account Executives on handoff and deal progression
- Use conferences and events as additional pipeline channels
