Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the systems that power their growth engine, ensuring marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
- Maintain CRM structure, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
- Build and optimize lead scoring models
- Manage campaign tracking and attribution frameworks
- Ensure reporting accuracy and dashboard integrity
- Improve marketing workflows and automation
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to align systems
- Evaluate and manage marketing tech stack
Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations
- Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of attribution and funnel analytics
- Technical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in PLG and/or sales-assisted motions
- SQL or advanced data skills
