Skills:

OLFM, Oracle EBS , Experience supporting Customer Care and Service Organizations on Oracle EBS 12.1 or 12.2, particularly Field Service, Install Base, Spares Management, Service Contracts and related modules like Inventory, Order Management, OLFM and Account Receivables. Exposure in Oracle EBS GL Module, Informatica and Salesforce are helpful but not required.
· Having experience with integrating SFDC Sales and Service cloud with EBS would be added advantage
