As the Brand Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact brand campaigns with top brands, including building block planning, livestream initiatives, marketing ideas, etc, to support our ongoing e-commerce growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Develop and implement integrated brand campaigns (TikTok Shop Super Brand Day and New Arrivals) for renowned brands, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to launch.
- Strategic Planning: Craft campaign strategies with business objectives, market trends, and seller's positioning to maximize impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external sellers to ensure consistent brand messaging, execution excellence, and high seller satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, refine strategies based on insights, and abstract into methodology with impact.
- Industry & Consumer Insights: Stay updated on market trends, landscape, and consumer behavior to enhance campaign strategies.
