About this role
Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst with Healthcare Claims experience. The role requires working directly with the business to gather requirements and validate solutions, utilizing SQL and Power BI for reporting development in a healthcare claims environment.
Responsibilities:
- They need to be able to work directly with the business to gather requirements and validate the solution – solid communication skills are a must
- The most important technical skills are SQL and Power BI (including DAX). They need to be proficient in both
- Preferred technical skills will include SSRS, SSIS, Python, and R
- Worked with healthcare claims environment and reporting development
Requirements:
- Associate's degree and a minimum four (4) years' experience in one or more of the following areas: healthcare claims environment and reporting development
- demonstrated experience in n-tier development and support including Microsoft SQL database development including relational and star schema data warehouses
- ETL, including the following software and tools: Power BI, SQL Server 2008 R2 or above, Visual Studio Professional/Enterprise 2017 or above, Azure Dev Ops, AWS, SSMS, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Advanced SQL, C#, .NET, PowerShell
- solid communication skills
- Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience
- Two-year degrees require certification
