Lockheed Martin is expanding its digital transformation efforts, and they are seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to lead the O&M activities for the Asset Management Product Team. The role involves managing ticket backlogs, coordinating resources, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- O&M BA Liaison: First line of communication with key stakeholders
- O&M Core Team Liaison: Manage/triage incoming tickets
- Incident Management: Work with customers to understand/document risks and impact to the business
- Defect Resolution: Coordinate resources at the BA to re-test/validate fixes as defects get resolved
- Status & Reporting: Maintain status and report out to leadership on daily updates, issues and concerns
- Test Support: Assist teams with the creation and execution of integrated test scripts and procedures
- Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse assignments is essential
Requirements:
- Familiarity with SAP
- Deep knowledge / Practical experience with relevant F&BO business processes; Capital Planning, Overhead projects, Asset Accounting and Property Management
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and teams
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision & direction
- Organized and detail-orientated
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with functional specification writing, test script writing, and functional testing
- Prior 1LMX exposure
- Prior experience supporting system development and implementation
