ERP Business Analyst Staff – O&M Lead

Lockheed Martin is expanding its digital transformation efforts, and they are seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to lead the O&M activities for the Asset Management Product Team. The role involves managing ticket backlogs, coordinating resources, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• O&M BA Liaison: First line of communication with key stakeholders
• O&M Core Team Liaison: Manage/triage incoming tickets
• Incident Management: Work with customers to understand/document risks and impact to the business
• Defect Resolution: Coordinate resources at the BA to re-test/validate fixes as defects get resolved
• Status & Reporting: Maintain status and report out to leadership on daily updates, issues and concerns
• Test Support: Assist teams with the creation and execution of integrated test scripts and procedures
• Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse assignments is essential

Requirements:

• Familiarity with SAP
• Deep knowledge / Practical experience with relevant F&BO business processes; Capital Planning, Overhead projects, Asset Accounting and Property Management
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and teams
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision & direction
• Organized and detail-orientated
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with functional specification writing, test script writing, and functional testing
• Prior 1LMX exposure
• Prior experience supporting system development and implementation
