Circana is a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions for consumer packaged goods companies, manufacturers, and retailers. The role involves leading brand and activation execution for a set of products, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment across various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate Circana’s Measure Demand brand positioning and messaging across assigned products within the portfolio to ensure relevance, differentiation, and consistency across all touchpoints
- Design and implement integrated marketing activation plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels (paid/owned/earned)
- Prepare regular updates, insights, and recommendations on activation performance and priorities for leadership presentations
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner closely with the Measure Portfolio Lead to translate portfolio strategy into integrated brand and activation plans aligned to commercial priorities
- Ensure creative and consistent use of messages while providing ongoing marketing and communication direction and feedback
- Plan and oversee execution of marketing tactics across a broad set of channels (digital, web, events, PR, etc.)
- Research and experiment with new test-and-learn opportunities and identify and share marketing best practices
- Leverage market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategy and optimize performance of marketing campaigns
- Foster alignment with all marketing subject matter experts (digital, comms, PR, events) through briefings, quarterly meetings and annual planning sessions
- Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives and go-to-market plans
Requirements:
- 6+ years of strategic marketing and communications experience in a B2B environment
- Successful track record delivering marketing programs that meet or exceed business goals
- Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills
- Expertise across diverse marketing channels and platforms
- Positive, energetic 'can-do' attitude with a bias towards action and willingness to both ask for and generously give help to colleagues
- Must work effectively with colleagues across the organization regardless of level or role
- Requires a willingness to be flexible and comfortable with sometimes rapidly shifting priorities and demands
- In-depth knowledge of the CPG/Retail/GM landscape a strong plus
