DISCO is a company that provides cloud-native, artificial intelligence-powered legal solutions. They are seeking a Field & Customer Marketing Associate to support the Customer & Global Field Marketing teams by coordinating events, managing logistics, and assisting with community-driven programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support as needed and assists with assigned special projects
- Helps with the coordination of key administrative items such as maintaining the primary events calendar, shipping, campaign (event) details, registration lists, expenses, design requests, website updates (related to Events), and other details needed for regional, industry and customer events/programs
- Assist in the development and execution of community-driven programs such as virtual roundtables, user workshops, customer appreciation and advocacy programs
- Assists with coordinating event logistics, including shipping, timelines, communications, collateral, invitations, RSVPs, food and beverage, room setup, AV, handouts, off-site/ancillary activities, swag, and branding
- Supports on-site for assigned events; attendee check-in, set-up and tear-down, and liaises with office administration, AV, and facilities crews as needed
- Manages small events and programs as assigned
