LHH is seeking a Remote Client Services Project Specialist with a focus on critical thinking and problem-solving. The role involves handling complex customer inquiries, de-escalating difficult situations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer and client inquiries via phone, email, and written communication with professionalism and empathy
- Act as an escalation point to resolve sensitive or unresolved consumer issues
- Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate responses, including addressing implied questions
- De-escalate conversations with upset or frustrated customers while maintaining excellent service standards
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth case operations
- Follow established protocols, procedures, and project guidelines while adapting to feedback
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited US law school or an LLM (Master of Law) from an accredited institution
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Proven customer service skills, including handling difficult conversations and de-escalation
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team environments
- Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and comfort with tech-heavy tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and planning skills
