Business Development Executive

Refer For Healthcare Residuals™ partners with Impact Health Sharing, a nonprofit organization reimagining healthcare for individuals, families, and small businesses. This part-time, remote role as a Business Development Executive involves identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand Impact Health Sharing’s reach.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand Impact Health Sharing’s reach
• Generating leads
• Cultivating client relationships
• Managing accounts
• Supporting the growth of healthcare solutions that reduce costs for individuals and organizations
• Working collaboratively to help grow a community committed to transforming traditional healthcare models into more affordable and transparent options

Requirements:

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in communication and building professional relationships
• Experience in Account Management and Business growth strategies
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed business goals
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a strong advantage
