TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume call center environment. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, assisting with account inquiries, processing payments, and performing general data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding account information
- Provide accurate information and support to existing and prospective customers
- Process applications and payments over the phone
- Document customer concerns and update account information
- Perform basic data entry and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach during customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies, privacy regulations, and call center standards
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of consecutive customer service experience (call center experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
- High School Diploma or GED (verified during pre-employment process)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
- Ability to commit to on-site work Monday–Friday
- Must have no outstanding program-related fines prior to start date (will be verified)
- Prior call center experience
- Experience working in customer support environments
- Positive and professional demeanor
