Head of Product

STAN AI is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance life for residents across North America. The Head of Product will serve as the chief architect of the product ecosystem, bridging business strategy and technical execution while leading the product organization and scaling a specialized team.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a product roadmap that aligns with our core business objectives and anticipates shifting industry trends
• Lead the full product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing detailed PRDs to overseeing development and conducting post-launch analysis
• Build a continuous feedback loop with our users, leveraging qualitative interviews and quantitative data to identify "unmet needs" and high-growth opportunities
• Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Design, and Sales to ensure every feature is technically feasible, beautifully designed, and commercially viable
• Partner with the leadership team to craft compelling product narratives and ensure successful market launches that drive adoption and retention
• Design the internal processes and "product operating system" that will allow the department to scale efficiently as the team grows
