The Business Systems Manager – Commercial Enablement & Marketing Technology is responsible for leading systems and programs that drive the commercial funnel, collaborating with various teams to optimize sales productivity and technology delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of systems and programs that power the front end of the commercial funnel, including lead generation, digital marketing, sales enablement, content management, and sales training capabilities
- Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to ensure that commercial systems and processes translate into measurable pipeline generation, improved sales productivity, and enhanced field execution
- Accountable for both technology delivery and business outcomes, with a strong focus on adoption, effectiveness, and continuous optimization of commercial capabilities
- Lead strategic initiatives such as the Sales Enablement platform consolidation
- Support the front-end commercial funnel, Lead to Opportunity Management
- Partner with Sales and Marketing team for stakeholder engagement and governance with senior leaders
- Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to operationalize multi-channel campaigns and demand generation programs
- Lead the Sales Enablement transformation program, including replacement of legacy Sales Enablement tools, definition of future-state content, training, and enablement capabilities
- Own IT systems and processes responsible for the delivery, support, and enhancement of commercial applications
- Drive continuous improvement based on business outcomes and KPIs
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Global IT teams to ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize business impact
- Manage project budgets related to commercial systems and initiatives
- Oversee internal and external resources supporting delivery and operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT, Business Systems, or Commercial Applications roles
- Proven experience supporting Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations functions
- Experience leading enterprise platform implementations or transformations (e.g., CRM, enablement platforms, marketing technologies)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, digital marketing, and sales workflows
- Experience with Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with marketing automation and digital campaign tools
- Strong business acumen with a focus on commercial outcomes and pipeline impact
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
