They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruiting efforts across all corporate roles, ensuring the acquisition of top talent and enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable systems that support high-quality and high-velocity recruiting
• Identify, engage, and help us acquire top-percentile candidates across all roles
• Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders to meet hiring needs
• Create a thoughtful, streamlined, high-yielding candidate experience
