Required Skills and Qualifications

* Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
* Strong ability to translate Figma wireframes into Salesforce Experience Cloud components and templates.
* Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service Management and Lightning Experience features.
* Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
* Solid understanding of Experience Cloud security, including Guest User access, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and data visibility.
* Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (App Builder, Experience Builder, Flow Builder).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
* Experience building portals for customers, partners, or field service technicians.
* Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design within Salesforce.
* Familiarity with integration patterns involving Experience Cloud and Field Service.
