About this roleJob Summary We are seeking a UX Experience Architect with a strong foundation in Human-Centered Design (HCD) to drive both strategic and hands-on experience initiatives. This role involves shaping digital experience direction through research, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment while also executing usability testing, design reviews, and research synthesis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, design, and engineering teams to ensure user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility are aligned. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research to inform experience strategy and product direction Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks Support experience roadmaps by aligning user insights with business goals and delivery plans Partner with stakeholders to define vision, goals, and success criteria Plan and facilitate usability testing, design reviews, and feedback sessions Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize actionable insights Identify experience challenges and propose practical solutions Contribute to discovery and research activities for both short-term and long-term initiatives Translate insights into clear artifacts and guidance for teams Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams Ensure experience intent is maintained throughout implementation Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner Explore and adopt new tools and workflows, including AI-enabled solutions Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in UX, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Strategy, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in UX, product design, digital strategy, or human-centered research roles Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles and research methodologies Experience supporting both strategic initiatives and hands-on delivery Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and reviews Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar platforms Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-powered tools for design, research, or analysis Experience contributing to experience strategy and roadmap development Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams Education: Bachelors Degree
