Kyndryl is a company that designs, builds, manages, and modernizes mission-critical technology systems. They are seeking a Marketing Analytics and Revenue Operations Senior Lead who will drive insight generation across their B2B marketing organization, analyzing performance across various marketing channels and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Driving insight generation across the B2B marketing organization
- Evaluating how to accelerate business growth by analyzing performance across channels, audiences, and the full marketing funnel
- Comparing performance across email, events, paid media, digital programs, and other B2B channels
- Identifying where the marketing organization should invest, optimize, or shift spend
- Providing regular insights to channel owners to improve efficiency and ROI
- Overseeing a small team of 1-3 analysts and senior analysts
- Working directly with marketing teams to deliver recommendations, build dashboards, automate insights, and support data-driven decision-making
- Automating reporting and surfacing actionable insights for marketing and sales stakeholders
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability across CRM, marketing platforms, and data warehouses
- Partnering with operations and engineering teams to improve data flows, data models, and quality
- Reviewing API’s and data conformance, defining metadata strategies, and simplifying output to communicate to marketing teams
- Leading analytics projects from start to finish, including developing attribution systems, building segmentation models, or evaluating performance across key marketing channels
- Shifting between business problems, from developing segmentation frameworks that support ABM, optimizing event strategy, digital marketing growth, content strategies, and integrated marketing/sales strategies
- Leveraging LTV and cohort models to guide investment decisions and prioritization
- Diagnosing funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending actions that improve conversion and revenue impact
- Presenting findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional portfolio
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (required)
- Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (Marketo, CJA, Atlas, etc..)
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing, B2B funnels, and revenue dynamics
- Ability to manage and mentor analytical talent
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity for diverse audiences
