Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. As a key member of Action1's Business Development team, you'll play a critical role in fueling growth by owning the top of the sales funnel and engaging in high-volume outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into target accounts through a high-volume outbound motion (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Prioritize and qualify leads based on defined ICP (200+ endpoints focus)
- Conduct cold outreach, with a strong emphasis on cold calling
- Identify and engage the right personas within accounts
- Collaborate with AEs to generate qualified pipeline
- Research accounts and craft thoughtful, personalized messaging
- Test and iterate on outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows
- Contribute ideas to improve team processes, tooling, and approach
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in CRM
Requirements:
- 6-12 months of BDR/SDR experience (inbound + outbound)
- Strong cold calling skills and comfort picking up the phone
- Experience with lead qualification and account research
- Ability to work in a scrappy, startup environment—not dependent on tools or rigid processes
- Curious, adaptable, and willing to test new approaches
- Team-oriented with a no-ego, collaborative mindset
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS
