They are seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead responsible for driving insights across their B2B marketing organization, helping the business understand marketing's contribution to revenue and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive insights across B2B marketing organization
- Lead analytics workstream or mini-projects
- Build segmentation models and analyze paid media performance
- Evaluate event impact and support attribution systems
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to deliver recommendations
- Build dashboards and automate insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data warehouses
- Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve data flows and data models
- Present findings to peers and immediate leadership
- Mentor junior analysts on tools, techniques, and analytical best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (required)
- Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CJA, Atlas)
- Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive new analytical methods or workflows
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
- Familiar with leveraging AI to automate code writing
