Scalence L.L.C. is a company specializing in network solutions, and they are seeking a Network Planning Engineer III to lead network infrastructure deployment and circuit design projects. The role involves managing project timelines, developing Power App and Power BI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead network infrastructure deployment and circuit design & implementation projects
- Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and budget expectations
- Design, develop, and maintain Power App & Power Automate solutions that simplify workflows and enhance productivity
- Build, refine, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for data-driven decision making
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with other functional leaders in driving cross-functional process changes to optimize project efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a telecommunications, engineering, or data analytics environment
- Strong proficiency in Client PowerApps, Power BI, and related Power Platform tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
- Prior industry experience in facility engineering and network deployments
- Experience with circuit design and implementation; familiarity with TIRKS is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate via written and through oral communication
- Basic network infrastructure knowledge is required
- Project Management experience is a must-have
- Telecom experience is required
- Strong Knowledge of TDM transport, SS7 signaling, and IP Voice (VoIP) implementations
- Experience with third-party circuit migrations
- Master's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
