Senior Project Manager

Inceed is a staffing direct placement firm that is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join a great company. In this role, you will lead complex, high-risk projects with executive visibility and mentor project managers while identifying opportunities to improve delivery practices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects with executive visibility
• Anticipate risks and dependencies across projects and domains
• Lead executive-level communications with CIO and senior leaders
• Frame decisions with clear options, impacts, and recommendations
• Mentor Project Managers through influence and example
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices and governance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience
• Demonstrated executive presence and leadership maturity
• PMP strongly recommended
• Master's/MBA preferred
