Amazon is seeking a talented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead their Event marketing efforts for Selling Partner Communities. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving attendance for key events, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance community engagement among sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel strategies across pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases. Drive registration and in-person attendance through strategic initiatives, lead audience segmentation and targeting for customized messaging, and partner with channel teams to maximize virtual participation
- Own pacing toward registration and attendance goals across marketing channels. Partner with channel marketers to optimize paid and organic channels, initiate test campaigns, lead experimentation roadmaps, and conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness. Lead overall event marketing strategy and execution for Seller Events, including Amazon Accelerate, by coordinating across marketing managers, partner teams, and stakeholders
- Define messaging frameworks and create engaging content for Email, social, blog, and other channels. Ensure consistent voice across touchpoints while tailoring content to audience segments
- Establish and report on success metrics, partnering with BI and analytics teams to build comprehensive dashboards. Track performance across XBRs, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and make data-driven decisions to prioritize initiatives
- Build year-round community engagement and always-on marketing strategies between events to maintain seller interest and participation throughout the annual cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, PR, Public Policy, and partner teams to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and build marketing collateral. Present strategies and results to VP-level stakeholders and deliver executive-level storytelling
- Operate in ambiguity to build new programs from scratch, establishing frameworks and processes for emerging event properties and marketing initiatives
