Jerry.ai is a pre-IPO startup focused on redefining car ownership through innovative technology. They are seeking an Associate Director of Growth Marketing to identify, launch, and scale new customer acquisition channels, driving significant growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate across a diverse mix of paid and partnership-based channels (e.g., affiliates, direct mail, social platforms, emerging ad networks)
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap — identifying the highest-potential opportunities and making the strategic case for where Jerry should invest next
- Apply strong marketing fundamentals — audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative development, and landing page optimization — across varied and novel channel contexts
- Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations: identify where AI can accelerate testing, automate workflows, and unlock capabilities that weren't previously possible
- Design and execute rigorous experiments: form hypotheses, define success metrics, run tests, interpret results, and scale what works
- Analyze performance across full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality), identify trends, and translate data into clear strategic recommendations that influence resource allocation and company priorities
- Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams to build the infrastructure and assets that make new channels succeed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with meaningful exposure across multiple channels (paid social, affiliates, direct mail, emerging platforms, or similar)
- Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers — bidding, targeting, creative, and landing page optimization — and the ability to apply them across diverse and unfamiliar contexts
- Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and a knack for storytelling through data
- Genuine creative acumen — you have a point of view on what makes compelling creative and can partner effectively with designers and copywriters to bring ideas to life
- Curiosity and resourcefulness: energized by channels and problems you haven't fully solved before, and know how to get up to speed fast
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with an ownership mentality — you are not satisfied with 'good enough'
- Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred, with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders
- Excited about — and ideally experienced with — applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work, not just as a productivity hack but as a strategic capability
