Growth Marketing Specialist (Public Sector)

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead demand generation initiatives for their Public Sector Healthcare segment. The role involves understanding marketing nuances in the public sector and healthcare organizations to create targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead demand generation initiatives for Public Sector Healthcare (PSHC) segment across the Americas
• Work cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Digital, Growth Marketing Operations, and Sales (SDR/GDR) to identify pipeline gaps and execute programmes that drive measurable growth

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
• Experience marketing to Public Sector and/or Healthcare organizations, with a strong understanding of procurement processes, regulatory considerations, and complex buying cycles
• Proven ability to build and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns particularly in content syndication
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, funnel metrics, and campaign performance
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and operations teams
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
