Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager for Customer Experience Compensation Strategy. The role requires extensive experience in compensation planning and execution, focusing on designing and managing incentive programs for customer success.
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in compensation planning and execution, including designing and administering incentive programs
- 10+ years of experience in compensation, sales/revenue operations, or a related field
- Proven experience designing and managing incentive compensation programs, preferably for customer success or post-sale organizations
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and senior business leaders
- Experience translating complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
