Partner Security Solutions Engineer

They are seeking a Partner Security Solutions Engineer to empower their partner community, enabling them to build skills and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers in the Age of AI.

Responsibilities:

• You are a vital link between Cisco and our partners
• You will learn how to enable and support our partners, helping them build the skills they need to deliver the amazing outcomes our customers expect in the Age of AI
• Your mission is to help our partners grow, and you'll grow right alongside them

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as network engineering, IT support, or pre-sales (including internships or co-op experience)
• 4+ years of foundational knowledge in at least one core technology area (e.g., Networking, Security, Collaboration)
• Proven interest in teaching, training, and enabling others
• 3+ years of communication and presentation skills with internal partners or external customers
• Experience in a customer- or partner-facing role is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or competitor technologies
• Entry-level industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, DevNet Associate)
• You are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
