Jensen Partners provides strategic and operational healthcare planning, and they are seeking an Associate Architectural Planner/Project Manager to support project teams. The role involves assisting project managers, participating in client meetings, creating and revising project materials, and conducting research for healthcare-related planning projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Project managers with defined areas of projects including logistics and document control
- Participating in client meetings, workshops, and site visits, capturing key insights
- Creating, revising, and improving pre-schematic drawings, site plans, 3D visuals, diagrams, preliminary test-fits, space planning and modeling deliverables, and massing studies with associated narratives and preliminary specifications as required for healthcare-related planning projects
- Performing research and compiling data as required by the project
- Producing high-quality project materials including, but not limited to, meeting agendas, meeting notes, summaries, narratives, presentation documents, and any other materials as required
- Assisting in preparation of presentations and reports
- Professionally interacting with members of project teams to efficiently coordinate deliverable resources and requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- 1-3 years' experience in a professional service firm
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Interest in healthcare projects and planning / programming; project experience in healthcare is preferred
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Highly proficient use of BlueBeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Experience in project management
