TalentPod Global LLC is focused on Facilities Maintenance, Carpet Cleaning, and Detailing segments, and they are seeking a Business Development Account Manager. This role is responsible for nurturing existing client relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manufacturer’s reps, and channels partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and support
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client goals are met
- Identify and pursue incremental growth opportunities with existing accounts, and new business opportunities in target markets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the markets we serve
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional abilities within the Microsoft Office toolset
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Monday, Salesforce, HubSpot)
