Reflect Health is a company that focuses on healthcare administration and benefits management. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring project execution from planning through completion while managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through implementation and completion, ensuring all deliverables align with defined objectives, timelines, and business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal and external resources across departments to ensure project activities remain on track and aligned with scope and priorities
- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively adjust scope, resources, and schedules to ensure delivery within established timelines and budget constraints
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, TPAs, and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment on project milestones and expectations
- Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and driving resolution through collaboration with stakeholders
- Support new client onboarding and implementation efforts, including coordination of meetings, documentation of requirements, and management of deliverables for large-scale healthcare accounts
- Create and distribute project status reports, track key milestones, and maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and action items
- Develop innovative approaches to address project challenges, improve workflows, and enhance overall delivery effectiveness
- Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations
- Partner across business units to support successful project delivery and contribute to broader operational and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Project management experience, ideally with healthcare-related projects, including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, and implementation
- Experience in healthcare administration, health insurance, or TPA environments strongly preferred. Familiarity with ACA, ASO, and fully insured products is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects involving cross-functional teams, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, including clients and external partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and organizations
