Cenosco is an Asset Integrity Management Software company dedicated to safeguarding integrity and safety in asset-heavy industries. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive global expansion, identify potential clients, and generate qualified leads in the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build qualitative and quantitative pipeline to support the overall revenue target
- Identify and research potential enterprise clients in Oil & Gas, Chemical industries
- Conduct outbound outreach: (emails, calls, LinkedIn, events) to generate qualified leads
- Build and manage your pipeline in HubSpot, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Marketing and other teams to transition opportunities
- Develop and refine market entry strategies
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Gong, and Global Data to gather insights and drive targeted outreach
- Collaborate with the Revenue Growth team in operating on international scale
- Represent Cenosco at global industry events, workshops, and meetups
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in MEA or APAC region
- Professional experience in navigating growth in Oil & Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical industries with SaaS software as a product
- Experience navigating mid- to enterprise-level deal environments (100k–5M ARR range)
- Solid command of sales CRM, market mapping and automation tools
- A go-getter mindset-proactive, persistent, and positive. Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to create meaningful connections quickly
- Excitement about travelling globally and building your network in-person
