eschbach is a global leader in providing enterprise software solutions to process manufacturers around the world. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their remote North America team to achieve sales targets, develop strategic prospecting plans, and support sales efforts through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Attain sales target goals in the assigned territory through compliant promotion of portfolio of products
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement appropriate prospect plans
- Develop strategic targeting plans to successful meet monthly quotas
- Deliver information relevant and uniquely tailored to each customer through thorough pre-call preparation and post-call planning
- Learn key messaging for features and function of products to maximize customer engagement
- Conduct high-volume consultative selling that includes demonstration of the product using various communication tools
- Support on-site corporate functions when necessary
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the field
- 5+ years' experience of customer prospecting for a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot
- A proven track record of achieving a high volume of outbound activity each day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
- Exceptional communication, active listening, organization, time-management and follow through skills
- Confident, integrity-driven team player with strong interpersonal skills, results-focused self-starter, committed to exceeding performance goals
