Northrop Grumman is a leading technology company known for its innovative systems that shape the future. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to support the Weapon Systems Division by managing pipeline data and coordinating business development deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the WS Business Units (BUs) to maintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
- Provide Salesforce support to the BD team including report/dashboard creation and other tool assistance
- Coordinate deliverables for Corporate, Sector and Division data requests
- Communicate with the BD team to keep them on track for meetings, reviews, and deliverables
- Assist with IWO coordination, invoice processing, and other budget related tasks and tracking
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Must have 6 years of experience. Will consider a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance
- Bachelor's or higher degree strongly preferred
- Familiar with Northrop Grumman Enterprise processes and procedures
- Salesforce user and/or administrator experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently communicate across geographically dispersed teams
- Capable of adapting to changing requirements in a face-paced environment
- Active Secret Clearance
