PeopleLens is on a mission to enhance sales performance through AI-driven insights. They are seeking a Sales Development Intern to assist in building pipeline and engaging with Sales, Enablement, and RevOps leaders, focusing on innovative outreach strategies and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Helping research and identify high-potential accounts and buyer personas within our ICP
- Reaching out to prospects across channels - cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn
- Running a small outbound campaign - plan the approach, execute it, and share what you learned
- Spot repetitive work in the GTM process and propose small automation experiments to eliminate it
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, CS, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for personalization
- Comfortable initiating conversations and learning from feedback
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Genuinely excited to learn - especially about AI tools, startups, and how to work smarter (not just harder)
- Comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and improving quickly
- You've tinkered with AI tools, built a small automation, or love figuring out how to optimize systems
