Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and goals
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
