ERP Business Analyst Staff – Overhead Design/Build Functional Lead

Lockheed Martin is embarking on a digital transformation journey through its 1LMX program, and they are seeking an ERP Business Analyst Staff to lead the design and build activities for the Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management module within SAP S/4 HANA. This role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure project management integrations and documenting functional requirements while managing multiple assignments effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Soliciting and documenting functional requirements derived by BA SMEs
• Authoring functional specifications detailing out the business need / expectations
• Leading design sessions and related CVSIs (Cross Value Stream Integrations)
• Participating in the creation and execution of test scripts and procedures
• Generating ad hoc reports / metrics / presentations as requested
• Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization

Requirements:

• Experience/familiarity with relevant F&BO business processes; Overhead / Indirect Budgeting

• Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship, with dual citizenship being excluded
• Familiarity with SAP
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with functional specification writing, test script writing, and functional testing
