The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will lead the evolution of Product Marketing by implementing AI and automation workflows, enhancing messaging strategies, and driving go-to-market initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement practical AI and automation workflows that support core Product Marketing activities (e.g., persona research, messaging development, insight synthesis)
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gong, Asana automation, or similar platforms to improve team efficiency and consistency
- Create and maintain repeatable processes for message testing, insight capture, and content development
- Help connect workflows across tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Notion) using existing integrations or automation tools
- Partner with RevOps, ProductOps, and GTM teams to improve how insights and messaging flow across the organization
- Support adoption of these tools and workflows through documentation, training, and enablement
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the speed, clarity, and scalability of PMM work
- Own and evolve persona-based and segment-specific messaging tied to pains, ROI drivers, and objections
- Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into clear value propositions and narratives
- Partner with Market Insights on win/loss trends, VOC analysis, and competitive positioning
- Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns, enablement, and customer-facing assets
- Lead and support GTM strategy and execution for key product initiatives or segments, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Demand Gen
- Drive cross-functional GTM readiness across Product, Brand, Demand Gen, Enablement, and Customer Marketing
- Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver training and ensure successful internal rollout
- Provide Product with value proposition guidance and narrative framing for releases and feature communication
- Facilitate post-launch GTM audits and identify opportunities to improve adoption, messaging, and performance
- Own creation of persona-based talk tracks, discovery questions, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning
- Partner with Enablement and Customer teams to drive adoption, certification, and reinforcement
- Ensure Sales and GTM teams are equipped to effectively communicate value to target segments
- Use data from Salesforce, Gong, Crayon, Wynter and additional tools to analyze performance and refine messaging and GTM strategies
- Establish feedback loops between Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing
- Contribute to and influence reporting on pipeline impact, win rates, and adoption metrics
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve GTM outcomes
- Use AI and automation tools to accelerate insight generation and testing cycles
- Contribute to segment and product marketing strategy, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives based on market, customer, and performance insights
- Help shape GTM direction and planning for key segments, ensuring alignment to revenue goals
- Support the development of repeatable frameworks and playbooks that scale PMM impact over time
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Growth, or a related SaaS role
- Proven experience owning messaging, enablement, or GTM initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience using AI tools or automation to improve marketing workflows or team efficiency
- Comfort working with tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gong, or similar platforms in a practical, applied way
- Familiarity with integrations or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, native integrations) is a plus — you don't need to be an engineer, but should be comfortable learning new systems
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a builder mindset — you look for ways to improve how work gets done, not just what gets done
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in data and insight-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience applying AI or automation to scale team workflows
- Experience in nonprofit tech or B2B SaaS with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Familiarity with tools like Crayon, Highspot, Pendo, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting PLG, lifecycle, or adoption-focused initiatives
