Senior Business Analyst

Sprezzatura is a mission-driven, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in secure, scalable, and human-centered digital solutions. They are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support a key government program for the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on identifying business needs, developing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
• Develop and document business process and workflows
• Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Provide training and support to end users
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 7+ Years of Experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted)
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Proficient experience in data analysis
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
