As a Sales Development Representative at Bluehost, you will engage inbound and outbound prospects, qualify new sales opportunities, and educate potential customers on the value of the company's web hosting and digital marketing services.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with Digital Agencies and other Business customers who have inquired about our products or services online as well as engaging new prospects and introducing them to our core product offerings
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and book meetings and demos
- Complete critical account and market research on new and perspective clients and collaborate on prospecting strategies
- Become an expert in our offerings, empowering Agencies by educating them on how our services can elevate their operations and help them achieve their business goals
- Shine with your exceptional communication skills, connecting with a diverse customer base and building rapport quickly—whether it’s over the phone, chat, email, or social media
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while staying customer-focused and delivering top-notch service
- Represent Bluehost at industry events and help drive meeting and demo bookings
- Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io and Salesforce to build and manage your pipeline
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales or retail experience where you've consistently achieved and/or exceeded goals
- A competitive person with a drive to win and help others win too
- A self-starter with a strong business acumen to think on your feet creatively to solve customer's needs
- Strong verbal and written skills that enable you to educate, influence, and engage prospects effectively
- Flexible, a master at juggling and prioritizing multiple deliverables
- Eagerness to learn, a high-performance work ethic, and a great sense of humor
- High ethical standards with strong integrity in sales and customer relationships
- Knowledge of WordPress, Server and Cloud solutions or previous experience in the hosting industry
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, 6sense and Outreach.io, along with general tech savviness
