Revenue3 is a fast-growing cybersecurity company in the Web3 and blockchain space, trusted by leading protocols and infrastructure providers. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering, sales, and customer success, helping clients implement advanced security and risk solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert in client conversations, demonstrating products and solutions to enterprise and Web3 customers
- Architect and deliver custom proofs of concept, integrations, and API implementations
- Partner with sales and product teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions
- Support pre‑sales and onboarding processes to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction
- Work with engineering to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working at a cryptocurrency firm, specifically in blockchain data or infrastructure
- 4–8 years of experience in pre‑sales or post‑sales technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Implementations)
- Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, security, or DeFi protocols
- Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts
