- Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
