KeepingCount is a company that provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax advisory, and CFO services across various industries. They are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the marketing operations, including HubSpot management, email campaigns, content production, and social media management to enhance lead generation and marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day visibility into marketing and sales funnel performance across HubSpot, from contact to lead to opportunity to closed won
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to help leadership understand what is driving leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Improve source tracking, attribution accuracy, lifecycle stage consistency, and lead-routing quality in HubSpot
- Monitor lead flow and support clean handoff between marketing and sales
- Identify reporting gaps, workflow issues, lifecycle inconsistencies, and data-quality concerns that may impact performance visibility
- Support dashboard updates and recurring reporting for leadership, sales, and referral/partner channels
- Build, schedule, and manage newsletters, nurture campaigns, webinar follow-up, and broader marketing emails through HubSpot
- Support list segmentation by vertical, company size, software profile, and campaign audience
- Maintain and improve workflows tied to lead magnets, webinars, forms, nurture streams, chat tools, and popups
- Monitor email performance and support campaign optimization based on engagement and conversion outcomes
- Help ensure the database remains clean, segmented, and usable for effective campaign execution and reporting
- Manage updates to company websites, landing pages, forms, CTAs, downloadable resources, and campaign pages
- Ensure website content reflects current services, offers, messaging, campaigns, webinars, and partner initiatives
- Coordinate updates across multiple brands and conversion paths
- Support the technical connection between websites, HubSpot, tracking tools, and related lead-generation systems
- Help maintain the overall user experience and conversion integrity of website and landing page assets
- Manage the production flow of marketing content from idea through drafting, review, approval, publication, and reuse
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and leadership to gather insights, stories, and source material
- Support creation and publishing of blogs, case studies, webinars, guides, presentations, landing pages, email content, and related campaign assets
- Repurpose existing content into usable formats for social, email, sales enablement, webinars, and digital campaigns
- Maintain an organized and current content library
- Schedule and publish social media content across key channels in a consistent and campaign-aligned manner
- Adapt content for platform-specific formatting, tagging, and audience expectations
- Repurpose blogs, webinars, case studies, client stories, and company updates into social posts
- Refresh and coordinate graphics and templates in Canva or similar tools
- Help keep social channels active, current, and aligned to current marketing priorities
- Serve as the internal coordinator for paid media and SEO programs, ensuring vendors and agencies have the inputs they need to execute effectively
- Coordinate campaign-related content, creative assets, feedback, landing page support, and follow-up items between internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Help align PPC and SEO efforts with active offers, conversion paths, and lead-generation priorities
- Participate in recurring vendor meetings and support follow-through on action items
- Help leadership assess lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and areas needing refinement
- Support partner, referral, and co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness and lead generation
- Coordinate partner webinars, landing pages, email campaigns, and co-branded marketing materials
- Maintain partner-facing collateral and messaging
- Help track partner-generated leads and support related reporting
- Assist in keeping referral and partner workflows organized and moving forward
- Coordinate webinar setup, promotional execution, follow-up, and repurposing
- Support event and conference marketing preparation, including pages, forms, emails, promotional posts, and collateral
- Coordinate speakers, timelines, assets, and internal follow-up for webinars and campaign launches
- Help turn event and webinar activity into reusable on-demand content and nurture assets
- Help identify satisfied clients for reviews, testimonials, and case studies
- Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and development of proof-point content
- Turn positive client experiences into usable marketing and sales assets that strengthen brand credibility
- Support written and video testimonial development where appropriate
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including reporting, lifecycle stages, workflows, email campaigns, forms, and database management
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and moving priorities simultaneously
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with a high degree of ownership and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially related to reporting accuracy, campaign execution, and process consistency
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, delivery, external agencies, and subject matter experts
- Comfortable managing both tactical execution and operational follow-up
- Ability to identify problems, organize action items, and keep initiatives moving without constant oversight
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and responsiveness
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, demand generation coordination, or a related B2B marketing role
- Strong preference for candidates with HubSpot administration or advanced user experience
- Experience with marketing funnel reporting, attribution tracking, lead management, and email campaign execution
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Canva or similar lightweight design tools
- Experience coordinating webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience managing or coordinating work with PPC, SEO, or digital marketing vendors is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing alignment processes
- Experience in a professional services, B2B services, accounting, financial services, or outsourced services environment is a plus
