Vaiticka Solution is seeking an AWS CloudOps Support Engineer to support AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services. The role involves providing L2 and L3 support, managing incidents, and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 and L3 support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services
- Support CloudOps activities during the 7 AM – 7 PM Central US time support window
- Act as a module-level technical owner for cloud environments, ensuring availability and reliability
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
- Proactively identify and implement automation to reduce manual operational effort
- Design and implement QA and infrastructure validation automation, especially during lean periods
- Drive delivery value through ticket reduction, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with application teams, security, QA, and onshore stakeholders
- Support cloud releases, environment provisioning, and post-deployment validations
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
