ITI Digital specializes in dynamic content delivery and travel planning tools, empowering communities to share their stories and drive results. They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive growth by selling their Digital Experience Platform to new clients across various sectors, managing the full sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Represent ITI Digital in virtual sales efforts across tourism, chambers, economic development, and hospitality organizations as needed during new market expansions
- Manage a regional or national territory, build a qualified pipeline, and close new business
- Understand client challenges and position ITI’s digital solutions to meet their strategic goals
- Conduct demos and presentations to decision-makers, communicating value clearly and practically
- Collaborate with the client success team to support renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and competitive insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor during the sales process, helping clients align technology to impact
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product positioning and go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, digital media, marketing platforms, or related fields
- Proven track record in consultative selling and full-cycle deal management
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital experience platforms, or web technologies
- CRM proficiency, with preference for HubSpot
- Experience working with public sector clients or associations is a strong plus
