Aledade, Inc. is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care. They are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plan, coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Strategic Director to develop and refine a comprehensive ABM strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and targeting of high-value accounts
- Partner with the Strategic Accounts Team and Strategic ABM Specialists to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ABM strategies
- Develop segment-specific strategies and ensure the integration of marketing innovation to drive engagement
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in line with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio, digital campaigns, Brand/communications, Partnerships, and marketing operations, to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Optimize marketing efforts by leveraging analytics to track campaign performance and implement improvements
- Work closely with the Strategic Director, Strategic Sales and Strategic ABM Specialists to ensure a unified approach to Strategic Account objectives
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Drive effective communication within the strategy team and cross-departmentally to align efforts and maximize impact
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns utilizing data analysis to track success metrics
- Collaborate with the Strategic Director and VP of Strategic Sales to refine and enhance strategy based on performance data and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, business, finance, health care or related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic or account-based marketing
- Experience in developing and implementing ABM strategies
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Experience working in healthcare marketing or with healthcare organizations
- Proficiency in marketing automation, ABM platforms, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and other relevant tools
- Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth
- Experience with data analytics and KPI tracking to inform marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated expertise designing and launching complex, personalized ABM campaigns in partnership with sales organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline acceleration, and account-based engagement techniques
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in strategic marketing and business development
