TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers for scheduling pest and rodent inspections. The role involves taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to follow up on appointments, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and product recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections
- Take inbound calls and may have to place outbound calls to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling
- Schedule techs to come out for inspections
- Take anywhere from 80-100 calls a day
- Recommend products to customers based on customers’ needs and interests
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service/call center related experience required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- CANNOT miss any time in the first 4 weeks
- sales experience is 'nice to have' for overcoming objections with scheduling inspections
