CHC Navigation is seeking a hands-on, self-driven technical sales leader to launch their UAV LiDAR/3D geospatial solutions in the US market. The role focuses on driving regional business growth, acquiring new customers, and managing sales cycles for AEC/GIS clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business growth across the US, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and market expansion. Deliver on sales targets and build long-term client/partner relationships
- Identify and develop new industry opportunities within AECO, including BIM, digital construction, lifecycle management, and integrated hardware-software applications
- Lead full sales cycle for AEC/GIS clients: prospecting, demos, negotiations, closing, and post-sales technical support
- Recruit, onboard, and manage US channel partners (VARs, distributors, integrators) to scale market reach. Build and manage key accounts, strategic partners, and channel networks
- Promote and expand subscription and solution-based business models across the region
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution positioning, go-to-market strategies, and localization. Gather US market/competitor insights and work with China HQ to drive product localization
- Deliver solution presentations, partner enablement, and technical value propositions to clients
- Support project implementation, onboarding, and customer success for key deployments
- Represent the company at US trade shows, client meetings, and industry events (10+ days/month travel required)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of frontline North American AEC/GIS experience (UAV LiDAR, 3D scanning, surveying, BIM)
- Proven technical sales track record: able to demo products, troubleshoot on-site issues, and close deals
- Authorized to work full-time in the US; business-fluent English (native preferred); Mandarin a strong plus
- Willing to travel 50–60% across the US; comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- 0-to-1 US market launch experience for geospatial/AEC products
- Established US AEC/GIS client or partner network
- FAA Part 107, ASPRS, or relevant industry certifications
- Experience working with Chinese companies in cross-border roles
