TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, helping clients activate ideas and solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, schedule pest and rodent inspections, and manage inbound and outbound calls related to appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections
- Take inbound calls and place outbound calls to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling
- Schedule techs to come out for inspections based on customer needs
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
Requirements:
- Ability to take inbound calls and make outbound calls for appointment scheduling
- Ability to handle 80-100 calls a day
- Open availability for a 40 hour work week, including Sunday-Saturday; 6am CST– 10pm CST
- Ability to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections
- Ability to provide customers with product samples and catalogs
- Ability to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
